Medium: length of cartridge: 6.7 cm - ~17.3 grams of resin per cartridge

For fabricating flexible partials using any TCS Injection System or any injection system compatible with 25mm diameter cartridges.
Melt resin according to manufacturer's instructions for type of furnace being utilized.
- For TCS Hydraulic Injector and TCS Digital Furnace melt resin at 500ºF (288ºC) for 11 minutes.
- For TCS Automatic Air Injector set temperature display to 320ºC for 11 minutes, 145-150 PSI.

- Small repairs, air bubbles, clasps and 1 tooth additions can be made with the Hot Air Welder or the JP90 injector.
Unbreakable resin is not suiteable for full dentures.
Keep in a dry location, free from air exposure. Once removed from sealed plastic bag, store in a dry place and at 90ºF to 100ºF (32ºC to 38ºC) at all times or at least 12 hours prior to use.
