Processing Guidelines (Bulk Material):

• Material is intended for use with TCS Injection Systems or compatible thermoplastic injection equipment using user-filled cartridges.
• Processing parameters may vary depending on equipment type, cartridge size, and furnace calibration.

Typical Processing Parameters (Reference Only):

• Temperature: 550°F (288°C)
• Melt Time: ~11 minutes

For TCS equipment:

• TCS Hydraulic Injector / Digital Furnace: 550°F (288°C) for approximately 11 minutes
• TCS Automatic Air Injector: 320°C for approximately 11 minutes at 145–150 PSI
