Processing Guidelines (Bulk Material):

• Material is intended for use with TCS Injection Systems or compatible thermoplastic injection equipment using user-filled cartridges.
• Processing parameters may vary depending on equipment type, cartridge size, and furnace calibration.

Typical Processing Parameters (Reference Only):

• Temperature: 450°F (232°C)
• Melt Time: ~13 minutes

For TCS equipment:

• TCS Hydraulic Injector / Digital Furnace: 450°F (232°C) for approximately 13 minutes
• TCS Automatic Air Injector: 280°C for approximately 13 minutes at 145–150 PSI

These values are provided as a general guideline only. Users should optimize temperature, time, and pressure based on their specific equipment and processing conditions, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for their injection system.
