For fabricating full and partial dentures using any TCS Injection System or any injection system compatible with 25mm diameter cartridges.

Melt resin according to manufacturer's instructions for type of furnace being utilized.

  • For TCS Hydraulic Injector and TCS Digital Furnace melt resin at 550ºF (288ºC) for 15-16 minutes.
  • For TCS Automatic Air Injector set temperature display to 320ºC for 15-16 minutes, 150-165 PSI. TCS strongly recommends avoiding any automatic air injector (including our unit) to inject Karadent, due to density of the resin and inconsistent results.

It is recommended to wax 2.5 mm thick and inject into a hot flask.

TCS EZ Flow is not recommended for Karadent.

Karadent resin:

  • Microcrystalline polymer
  • Ideal for full dentures, semi-flexible partials, frameworks and nightguards
  • Lightweight and durable
  • No volume shrinkage for exceptional fit
  • Monomer free and hypoallergenic
  • BPA free
  • An upgrade from traditional acrylic
  • Easy to finish and polish - like acrylic
  • Stain resistant and easy to maintain
  • Repairable with re-injection (with its same material)
  • Rebasable

TCS EZ Flow is not recommended for Karadent.

TCS strongly recommends avoiding any automatic air injector (including our unit) to inject Karadent, due to density of the resin and inconsistent results.

Keep in a dry location, free from air exposure.  Once removed from sealed plastic bag, store in a dry place and at 90ºF to 100ºF (32ºC to 38ºC) at all times or at least 12 hours prior to use.
